KRISTIAN J. CHAMPION & KRYSTAL MASON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

The above-docketed case was calendared for the Trial Session of the Court commencing October 30, 2023, in Los Angeles, California. On September 29, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance. By Order issued October 2, 2023, the Court granted petitioners' Motion and restored this case to the general docket.

On October 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance seeking to strike this case from the above-referenced trial session. Because the Court has already granted that relief, we will deny respondent's Motion as moot.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed October 6, 2023, is denied as moot.
