Confession of Error


This is an appeal of a summary final judgment of mortgage foreclosure. A confession of error has been filed by appellee Ebony Ivory, LLC as assignee of Wesley Johnson. Accordingly the summary final judgment is reversed and the cause remanded for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.
