Before the Court is appellant's motion for extension of time to file the brief. In the motion, appellant asserts that the reporter's record has been filed in only cause number 05-22-00967-CR and not in the other nineteen cause numbers. Appellant states he "is concerned that only one of the Court of Appeals' cases has a reporter's record filed with records of that case, and 19 cases do not have a reporter's record filed in the records of those cases." The reporter's record has been filed in all twenty appeals, and it is applicable to all twenty appeals.
We GRANT appellant's motion for extension of time to file the brief, and we ORDER appellant's brief be filed on or before MARCH 27, 2023. Appellant's request that this Court "clarify the duty of the court reporters regarding the filing of a reporter's record in each case" is DENIED.
