Action to recover damages for the death of the plaintiff's decedent allegedly caused by the defendants' negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the jury before Hodgson, J.; verdict and judgment for the defendants, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
