DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.
So much of paragraph 14 of the judgment of divorce as may be necessary to effectuate any adjustment to the property division, is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Probate and Family Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. In all other respects, the judgment, as corrected, is affirmed.
