STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF CROSS-COMPLAINT
The parties have reached a settlement of this Action and, accordingly, hereby stipulate through their attorneys of record, that Cross-Claimant's complaint and all claims for relief set forth therein shall be dismissed with prejudice. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorneys' fees.
