ORDER VACATING STATUS CONFERENCE; CLOSING CASE
The parties have submitted a joint status report in which they state that a final rule has been promulgated and published in the Federal Register. Defendants, therefore, have completed all actions required under the injunction imposed in this action. Accordingly, the status conference currently scheduled for February 26, 2004 is hereby VACATED. The CLERK shall CLOSE the file.
