Appeals having been taken to this Court by defendant Axia Realty, LLC from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 4, 2019 (Case No. 2019-05559), and by defendants-appellants from an order, same court, entered on or about August 15, 2019 (Case No. 2020-01758),
And attorneys Graubard Miller having moved (i) to withdraw as counsel for defendant Spiros Milonas on the grounds that a guardian has been appointed for him and Graubard has not been retained by the guardian to represent him in connection with his appeal (Case No. 2020-01758), and has been relieved as counsel in the underlying action, and (ii) for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeals to afford the guardian an opportunity to obtain new counsel,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted and the defendants-appellants' time in which to perfect the respective appeals is extended to the June 2021 Term of this Court. ENTERED: January 14, 2021
