This case is calendared for trial during the Court's April 11, 2022, Portland, Oregon, remote trial session. On March 21, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 5, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection or other response to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, filed March 21, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, filed March 21, 2022, is set for remote hearing on April 11, 2022, at 10:00 AM. Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with the terms of this Order or failure to appear at the remote hearing on April 11, 2022, may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision against petitioner.

The parties shall refer to the notice setting this case for trial served on the parties on December 27, 2021, for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode.
