This case was assigned to the undersigned on January 27, 2022, for trial or other disposition. It is related to a group of consolidated cases with the lead docket No. 11369-16. On July 18, 2022, the parties contacted the chambers of the undersigned to request that the Court set this case for trial in April 2023. We will set this case for trial with the related cases. We anticipate that the parties will file a motion to consolidate this case with the related cases. In consideration of the foregoing, it is
