Phase 1 of the trial in these "micro-captive" insurance cases was held during a four-day special session of the Court from April 17 to April 20, 2023, for the presentation of certain fact witness testimony. Phase 2 of the trial has yet to be scheduled. During the Fall of 2023 the undersigned is currently available from September 18 to 29, October 9 to 27, and November 6 to December 1.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before May 22, 2023, a joint status report proposing dates for Phase 2 of the trial and indicating their best estimate of the expected length of Phase 2. If the parties are unable to agree, the Court will convene a conference call to discuss these matters.
