Appellants' brief on appeal was originally due August 24, 2023. On counsel's motion, the time for filing was extended to November 15, 2023. Appellants have filed a second motion, requesting that the Court extend the time for filing their brief. Appellees oppose the motion, arguing that their rights will be prejudiced by further delay. We grant in part appellants' motion for extension of time and order appellants to file a brief no later than December 14, 2023. No further extension of time will be granted and failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a).
