AGREED ORDER


The parties hereto having agreed that the Plaintiffs voluntarily dismisses all their claims against Defendant, Charles E. Hieronymus, M.D., he parties having further agreed that the Defendant dismissed shall hold the Plaintiffs and their attorneys harmless from any and all claims which Defendant may potentially have against Plaintiffs, and the Court being sufficiently advised.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Defendant, Charles E. Hieronymus, M.D. in the above styled action be and the same hereby is dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and attorney's fees.

SO ORDERED.
