ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's January 16, 2018 motion for an extension of time to file a brief. In her motion, appellee explains that, although the official court reporter notified the Court that there was no reporter's record, in fact, a record was taken by a substitute court reporter of the default judgment hearing on April 28, 2017. We GRANT appellee's motion as follows: We ORDER Marcey Poeckes, as the Official Court Reporter for the 298th Judicial District Court, to file, by January 31, 2018, the reporter's record of the April 28th hearing. Appellant may file any amended brief by February 12, 2018. Appellee's brief will be due March 14, 2018.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Poeckes and all parties.
