ORDER

Troy L. Nunley United States District Judge

Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff claims that defendants failed to provide adequate medical treatment in violation of his Eighth Amendment rights. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The Findings and Recommendations filed July 6, 2022 (ECF No. 27) are ADOPTED in full; and

2. This action is DISMISSED without prejudice.
