Ana Castillo, as the Mother and Natural Guardian of S.S., an infant under the age of 14, and Ana Castillo, Individually, Plaintiffs-Appellants, v. Robert Lopez, M.D., et al., Defendants-Respondents.


Plaintiffs-appellants having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about November 13, 2017 (M-5672), And defendants-respondents New York Presbyterian Hospital and John T. Flynn, M.D., having cross-moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal for failure to timely perfect (M-5763), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2019 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted (M-5672). The cross motion is granted unless the appeal is perfected for said March 2019 Term (M-5763).
