ORDER

Diana L. Leyden, Special Trial Judge.

On September 29, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. This case was called and then recalled from the calendar for the Remote Trial Session of the Court for Fresno, California. on October 23, 2023. Both petitioners and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At that time, the parties informed the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed on September 29, 2023, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 8, 2024, the parties shall either submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
