Judgment reversed on the law and the facts, and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that there was an entire failure of competent evidence tending to show that the accident was the producing cause of the mental deficiency complained of. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Jaycox, Manning and Kelby, JJ., concur.
