December Term, 1897.


Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, unless, within twenty days, plaintiff stipulates to reduce recovery of damages to $1,500 and extra allowance proportionately, in which event the judgment as modified is unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. All concurred, except Bartlett, J., who dissented solely as to reduction of recovery.
