It is ordered that the appeal taken by defendant/third-party plaintiff Eastgate Whitehouse LLC from the July 29, 2019 judgment of Supreme Court (Case No. 2020-02940) is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation; all remaining appeals in these actions remain extant.
