MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated February 27, 2008, this Court notified appellant that the $175 filing fee for the appeal was due. We directed appellant to pay the filing fee within ten days or the appeal would be dismissed. Appellant has not paid the filing fee, and we received a copy of a letter sent by appellant to the Dallas County District Clerk indicating appellant was not going to pursue the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
