Before the Court is appellant's August 29, 2023 second motion to extend time to file his brief. On June 20, 2023 appellant filed his brief as ordered by this Court. However, appellant neglected to also file a motion to extend time to file the brief as ordered by this Court on May 22, 2023. We GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed as of this date.
