PHILLIP MICHAEL CARTER, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 296-83865-2018

ORDER

LANA MYERS, JUSTICE

Before the Court is the October 31, 2022 request of court reporter Stephanie S. Moses seeking a sixty-day extension of time to file the reporter's record. By previous order, the Court ordered the reporter's record due on November 16, 2022. We GRANT the request to the extent we ORDER the reporter's record filed by December 16, 2022. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c) (limiting length of extensions on the record to thirty days).

The record in this appeal was due initially on July 23, 2022. Because the record is long overdue, we caution Ms. Moses that further extensions will be disfavored.
