Opinion

No. 05-08-01278-CR

Opinion Filed October 8, 2008. DO NOT PUBLISH Tex. R. App. P. 47.

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 7 Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F08-16726-Y.

Before Justices WRIGHT, LANG-MIERS, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

MacArthur Carter was convicted of robbery. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at three years' imprisonment. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification, which states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal, is supported by the documents before the Court. See Tex. R. App. P.; Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
