Opinion

CASE NO. 1846 CRB-3-93-9

NOVEMBER 4, 1994

The claimant appeared pro se.

The respondent was represented by Steven Ekern, Esq., Pomeranz, Drayton Stabnick.

This Petition for Review from the August 23, 1993 Finding and Award/Dismissal of the Commissioner acting for the Third District was heard October 7, 1994 before a Compensation Review Board panel consisting of the Commission Chairman Jesse M. Frankl and Commissioners Angelo L. dos Santos and Michael S. Miles.

OPINION

The claimant filed a Petition for Review from the August 23, 1993 Finding and Award/Dismissal of the Commissioner for the Third District, in which the commissioner deemed noncompensable four of the claimant's five alleged injuries. This Board denied the claimant's Motion to Submit Additional Evidence in an Order dated October 24, 1994. Because the claimant's appeal depended entirely upon her request to submit additional evidence, our denial of her request is dispositive of the merits of her appeal.

The trial commissioner is affirmed.

Commissioners Angelo L. dos Santos and Michael S. Miles concur.
