This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted remotely, commencing Monday, May 23, 2022, for cases in which Buffalo, New York, is listed as the place of trial.

On April 22, 2022, the petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. In that motion, petitioner states that respondent's views as to the granting of petitioner's motion are unknown.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 12, 2022, respondent shall serve on petitioner and file with the Court a written response to petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed April 22, 2022.
