Action to enjoin the defendants from, inter alia, continuing to operating a solid waste disposal area without a permit, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the defendants filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the court, M. Hennessey, J., granted the plaintiff's motion to dismiss the counterclaim and rendered partial judgment thereon, from which the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
