On October 11, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the pending motion for depositions under Rule 81. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 10, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) addressing, inter alia: (1) the status of discovery (both formal and informal) and whether further discovery is necessary before the depositions described in the pending motion; and (2) the parties' plans to satisfy the technical requirements of Rule 81 with respect to any depositions that might be taken.
