ORDER

On November 1, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called from the calendar during the Court's November 6, 2023, Tampa, Florida trial session. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Kirsten Carlstrom appeared and made an oral motion for continuance.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that Kirsten Carlstrom's oral motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued generally.
