Motion by respondent to dismiss appeal denied. On the court's own motion, the notice of appeal is amended to state that the appeal is taken by plaintiff (CPLR 5520; cf. Vose v. Conkling, 159 App. Div. 201, 205; Lord v. Sherman, 18 A.D.2d 1029). Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Brennan, Hopkins and Munder, JJ., concur.
