MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before the Court is appellant's July 20, 2011 unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal. In the motion, the appellant states the trial court has granted its motion for new trial and asks the Court to dismiss the appeal. We grant appellant's unopposed motion to dismiss. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
