Apr 15, 1987
505 So. 2d 41 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1987)

Opinion

No. 85-1771.

April 15, 1987.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; Thomas E. Sholts, Judge.

David L. Kreider of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam Roberts, Palm Beach, for appellant.

E. Cole FitzGerald, III, of Moyle, Flanigan, Katz, FitzGerald Sheehan, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Appellant, The Carling House, Inc., seeks reversal of a judgment in favor of appellee, General Realty Finance Corp., for a real estate commission. We have carefully considered the record and the appellate submissions by counsel and conclude that appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

HERSEY, C.J., and DOWNEY and LETTS, JJ., concur.
