MEMORANDUM OPINION

By the Court's order of April 13, 2004, appellant was instructed that he is not proceeding in this appeal as an indigent. Additionally, he was directed to remit the $125 filing fee and to provide written documentation to the Court that he has paid or made payment arrangements for the clerk's record to be filed in this appeal. Appellant was instructed that failure to remit the filing fee and provide written documentation regarding payment for the clerk's record within ten days would result in dismissal of this appeal for want of prosecution without further notice from the Court. The $125 filing fee has not been remitted, the Court has not received written documentation that payment arrangements have been made for the clerk's record, and the clerk's record has not been filed in this appeal. On the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b),(c).
