ORDER

On February 9, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Remand.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties Joint Motion to Remand is granted and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for purposes of conducting a hearing. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced hearing shall take place at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than June 16, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 17, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court status reports (preferably a joint report) concerning the then-present status of this case. Respondent shall attach to his report a copy of any Supplemental Notice of Determination issued to petitioners.
