ORDER

The "Motion to Transfer Case Back to the Grand Rapids Office" is DISMISSED for failure to pay the motion fee required by MCR 7.211(A)(2). The motion fee was not paid in a timely manner after the Clerk of this Court provided notice of the defect.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. Presiding Judge
