ORDER
On May 27, 2020, we granted the State's motion and ordered court reporter Peri Wood to file a supplemental reporter's record with color copies of State's Exhibit 12 by June 8, 2020. To date, the supplemental reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication from Ms. Wood.
We ORDER court reporter Peri Wood to file the supplemental reporter's record with color copies of State's Exhibit 12 within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. Should Ms. Wood fail to do so, the Court will take whatever remedies is has available to ensure the record is complete and these appeals proceed in a timely fashion.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Brandon Birmingham, Presiding Judge, 292nd Judicial District Court; Peri Wood, official court reporter, 292nd Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
