This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Baltimore, Maryland, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On February 8, 2022 respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgement. On February 11, 2022, the Court issued an Order setting respondent's Motion for Summary Judgement for Hearing at the Baltimore, Maryland remote trial session. On March 18, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court that a basis for settlement in this case had been reached. On March 22, 2022, the Court issued an Order striking the case from the Baltimore, Maryland remote session and granting the parties until May 11, 2022 to submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. On April 4, 2022 the parties filed a proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, respondent's Motion for Summary Judgement is denied as moot.
