This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Baltimore, Maryland remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On March 18, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court that a basis for settlement in this case had been reached and that respondent requires time to prepare a decision document to send to petitioner and receive it back. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 11, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further
