DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motions by plaintiffs in case Nos. 519154, 519156, 519158 and 519166 to dismiss appeals taken by defendants Lisa R. Bare, American Institute for Foreign Study, Inc., American Institute for Foreign Study, Inc., Doing Business as Au Pair in America and Au Pair in America for failure of prosecution.

Motion by defendant Lisa R. Bare to consolidate.

Motion by defendants American Institute for Foreign Study, Inc., American Institute for Foreign Study, Inc., Doing Business as Au Pair in America, Inc. and Au Pair in America to consolidate.

Cross motion by defendants American Institute for Foreign Study, Inc., American Institute for Foreign Study, Inc., Doing Business as Au Pair in America and Au Pair in America in case Nos. 519154, 519156, 519158 and 519166 for extension of time to perfect their appeals.
