On Appeal from the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 1197200

Panel Consists of Justices Wise, Zimmerer, and Wilson.

ABATEMENT ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On March 28, 2023, we ordered the trial court clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record by April 18, 2023, containing any orders signed in association with a hearing the trial court scheduled for March 7, 2023, or alternatively, a certified statement that no such orders were signed. As of this date, we have not received a supplemental clerk's record.

Accordingly, we order the trial court clerk again to file a supplemental clerk's record within twenty-one (21) days of this order containing any orders the trial court signed in association with a hearing the trial court scheduled for March 7, 2023. If the trial court did not sign any orders in association with the hearing scheduled for March 7, 2023, the trial court clerk is directed to file as part of the supplemental clerk's record a certified statement that no such orders were signed.

The appeal is abated, treated as a closed case, and removed from this court's active docket. The appeal will be reinstated on this court's active docket when the supplemental clerk's record is filed with this court.
