Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to extend the time to file and serve a reply brief is granted, and the time for James E. Brown to file and serve a reply brief is extended to September 11, 2023, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument is granted, and the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for September 6, 2023 and is added to the calendar for the term commencing October 16, 2023.
