ORDER
Plaintiff Energy Enterprises (Mauritius) Company moves in No. 03 Civ. 7394, and has filed an independent petition in No. 05 Civ. 4323, for confirmation and entry of judgment against Maharashtra Power Development Corporation Limited upon a final arbitration award issued on April 27, 2005 by the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration in Case No. 12913/MS, a copy of which is annexed as Exhibit A to the affidavit of Robert H. Smit.
In view of the complete overlap by No. 03 Civ. 7394 of No. 05 Civ. 4323, the latter is consolidated into the former.
The motion and petition of plaintiff Energy Enterprises (Mauritius) Company for confirmation and entry of judgment against Maharashtra Power Development Corporation Limited upon a final arbitration award issued on April 27, 2005 by the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration in Case No. 12913/MS, a copy of which is annexed as Exhibit A to the affidavit of Robert H. Smit, are granted in all respects. The Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly and thereupon close both cases.
