Capers v. Giuliani, c.

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Mar 30, 1999
(N.Y. Mar. 30, 1999)

Opinion

Decided March 30, 1999

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that part of the Appellate Division order that denied appellants' motion for class certification and a preliminary injunction, dismissed upon the ground that such portion of the Appellate Division order does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
