DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for order directing the pro hac vice admission of L. Michael Zinser, Esq., attorney for the state of Tennessee, pursuant to section 520.11(a) (1) of the rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and L. Michael Zinser, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing appellant upon the appeal.
