Appeal from Superior Court, Los Angeles County; Emmet H. Wilson, Judge.

Action by Pearl S. Canfield against the Security First National Bank of Los Angeles and others, to recover sums due under property settlement incorporated in divorce decree. From an order dismissing the action, plaintiff appeals.

Reversed and remanded, with directions.
