This case was assigned to the undersigned judge for trial or other disposition on February 14, 2020. On January 6, 2023, the parties filed Status Reports (Docs. 85 & 86). On January 13, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the current status of the case and the calendaring of a Special Session. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's Special Trial Session scheduled to take place at the United States Tax Court, 400 Second Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., 20217, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, December 4, 2023. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case. The report should also include a proposed pretrial schedule.
This Order constitutes official notice to the parties.
