This case was calendared for trial during the Court's May 1, 2023, Las Vegas, Nevada, trial session. On March 31, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 12). By Order served April 3, 2023, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted.

On July 12, 2023, the parties each filed Status Reports (Doc. 20 & 22). Also on July 12, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues (Doc. 21) that resolves all of the issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 14, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
