Pending before the Court is petitioner's Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed May 29, 2024. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Notice of Intervention, filed May 28, 2024, shall be recharacterized as a Motion to Intervene. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed May 29, 2024, is granted in that the Motion to Intervene, filed May 28, 2024, is hereby sealed to be opened only for good cause shown until further directed by the Court. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner and respondent are directed on or before June 21, 2024, to file with the Court a response to the Motion to Intervene. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to the usual service upon the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Joseph A.
