In Re: Ciber, Inc., applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 582,741. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, HIGGINBOTHAM, AND CRAIN, JJ.
WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. Discoverability of information on the eight CDs in dispute was not properly at issue when the trial court orally granted CamSoft Data Systems, Inc.'s Motion to Overrule Assertion of Privilege, and Motion to Compel Against Ciber, Inc. on January 11, 2015. Accordingly, the trial court's ruling that ordered production of the eight CDs is a nullity. See Domingue v. Bodin, 08-62 (La. App. 3 Cir. 11/5/08), 996 So.2d 654, 657. As such, we vacate the trial court's oral ruling of January 11, 2015 and deny the Motion to Overrule Assertion of Privilege and Motion to Compel.
