An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 13, 2020, And defendant-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid judgment pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom and the final resolution of any post appeal motions, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the enforcement of the judgment is stayed, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal.
